Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Please note: During launches, restocks, or holidays… processing times may extend slightly.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS. We offer flat rate shipping within the United States.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been transferred to USPS, Backstretch Society is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, lost packages, or other transit-related issues.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact your local USPS office directly with your tracking number.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Backstretch Society is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
