When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We ship all orders through USPS with flat rate shipping. Free shipping is automatically applied to orders of $100 or more.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the limited nature of our collections, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to review the issue.
My package says delivered but I can’t find it. What should I do?
We recommend checking with neighbors and your local USPS office first. Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are unable to file claims on your behalf, but your local post office can assist you further.
Can I change my address after placing an order?
If your order has not shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.
Do you offer local pickup?
At this time, we do not offer local pickup.
