Final Sale Policy

Due to the limited and small-batch nature of our collections, all sales are final. 
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an item arrives defective or damaged. 

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at 
backstretchsociety@gmail.com with: 

  • Your order number 
  • Clear photos of the defect 
  • A brief description of the issue

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. 

If approved, a replacement will be issued. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the discretion of Backstretch Society. 

Return Shipping 

If a return is approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
